Work your own schedule, from 5-20 hours per week on a contractual basis.

For those seeking part-time work due to parenting, initiating or restarting a private practice, needing clinical supervision for licensure, to improve financial security, or for any other reason.
To simplify the overhead cost, risk, and administrative responsibilities in engaging in a private practice.
Marketing assistance and provision.
An office, as needed.
Provision of a cloud-based EHR platform at no cost for providers within Grove LLP.
For the first year of contractual employment, you will earn 65% of the rate per session paid to Grove LLP.
From the second year of contractual employment on, you will earn 70% of the rate per session paid to Grove LLP.
For the first year of contractual employment, you will earn 50% of the rate per session paid to Grove LLP.
From the second year of contractual employment on, you will earn 55% of the rate per session paid to Grove LLP.
As LCSW's, Andrea and Chris can provide supervision for licensure to a number of different professionals. If you are contracted with Grove LLP, your supervision will be provided at no cost.
Individual supervision:
$75 per hour
Group supervision (minimum of 4 supervisees):
$40 per hour
Independent contractors with Grove LLP will be required to:
Sign an independent contractor agreement.
Possess and submit proof of professional liability insurance.
Follow national, state, and local laws, as well as applicable professional codes of ethics.
Provide bank information to allow for the transfer of earned compensation from Grove LLP.
