General FAQ’s
Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: Call our office at (719) 401-1851 to schedule an appointment. We would love to help you.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Most insurance companies pay for therapy. We will help you enroll with our biller for any payments that may be required, such as deductibles, copays or co-insurance. For those people who don’t have insurance or wish not to use their insurance, we accept cash/check/credit card payment as well. We can also work with a biller who assists in helping those who are out of our network.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We are currently in network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum Behavioral Health (United Healthcare), Oscar Health and Oxford.
Q: Can you help me file my insurance?
A: We bill all in network insurance companies directly. For out of network insurance companies, the client must pay up front for our services. We can provide the client a superbill for our services that they can then submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. We always recommend that these clients contact their insurance companies to determine what services they will pay for prior to their first appointment.
